Masum Deban, a youth who was accused of teasing girls at Ganjbhanipur of Mahagadhimai municipality around four days ago has been publicly humiliated by placing shoes on his head on Monday. The decision to publicly humiliate him as punishment for teasing locals girls was taken by a meeting of locals held today. Saying that teasing girls of the place had become a norm after no one were punished, the locals decided not to let the teasers go unpunished this time. केटी जिस्काउनेलाइ समुहिक भेलामा सोमवार टाउकोमा चपल राखेर दण्ड सजाय दिइएको छ । महागढीमाइ नगरपालिका गज्भवानिपुरमा चार दीन पहिले मासुम देवनले केटी जिस्काएको भनि आज सर्वजनिक भेला बसेर येस्तो निरणय गरेको हो। निकाइल अंसारी, हबिब आजद, मंजुर मिया, हेरन्द्रप्रसाद जासवाल, जहिर आन्सारी गुलटेन आन्सरिलागयत व्यक्तिहरु भेला भएर केटी जिस्कयाउने गरेकोमा रमासुम देवनलाइ टाउकोमा चपपल राख्न लगाउने निर्णय गरिएको हो। सो स्थानमा ६ महिनाको अन्तरालमा आधा दर्जनभन्दा बढी केटी जिस्काउने, केटी भगाउने कार्य भएको र सजाय नदिएर मिलापत्र मात्र गर्दा समाजमा विकृति बढेकोले परम्परागत सजाय दिने निर्णय भएको पुर्व गाविस उपाध्क्षय मंजुर मियाले बतए।
