Overturning the earlier verdict of Makwanpur District Court, a division bench of Judge Baburam Regmi and Judge Nagendralav Karna on Friday gave its decision against Tek Prasadh Poudel, the former teacher at Hetauda-based school. The court also ordered Poudel to provide 50,000 damages to the victim. Poudel, who was arrested two years ago, has been freeing a few months ago after the court acquitted him of the charge.
