Police has arrested Nirmal Baruwal, 27, resident of Dharan-23 on Friday on the charge of raping a 15-year-old girl at Seuti jungle located in Tarhar in Itahari sub-metropolitan city-24. According to the police Baruwal raped the minor girl by taking her to the jungle after she and another passenger, Tej Bahadur Karki of Hadiya-6 in Udayapur got off the bus near the jungle. Baruwal reportedly posed as a policeman and assaulted and looted Tej Bahadur off rupees fifteen thousand and six hundred. Security personnel from Area Police Office Itahari, who immediately upon being informed about the incident arrested Baruwal. Police is further investigating into the incident. इटहरी उपमहानगरपालिका–२४ तरहरास्थित सेउती जंगलमा इटहरी उपमहानगरपालिका–८ बसपार्क डेरा गरी बस्ने १५ वर्षीया बालिकालाई डरत्रास देखाई जबरजस्ती करणी गरेको अभियोगमा सुनसरी धरान–२३ बस्ने २७ वर्षीय निर्मल बरुवाललाई शुक्रबार प्रहरीले पक्राउ गरेको छ । धरानबाट सार्वजनिक गाडीमा इटहरीतर्फ जाने क्रममा उक्त जंगल छेउमा गाडी रोकी उदयपुर हडिया–६ का २७ वर्षीय तेजबहादुर कार्की र ती बालिका झरेकोमा उक्त स्थानमा लुकिछिपी बसेका आफुलाई प्रहरीको सई बताउने बरुवालले तेजबहादुरलाई कुटपिट गरी १५ हजार ६ सय रुपैयाँसमेत लुटपाट गरी बालिकालाई जंगलमा लगेको भन्ने खबर प्राप्त हुनासाथ ईलाका प्रहरी कार्यालय इटहरीबाट खटीएको प्रहरीले बरुवाललाई नियन्त्रणमा लिएको हो । यस सम्बन्धमा प्रहरीबाट थप आवश्यक अनुसन्धान भइरहेको छ ।
