Police have arrested 26-year-old Prince Pandey (Santosh) of Pharsitikar -5, Sauraha on charge of raping three and a half year-old girl. The victim’s parents had lodged complaint at District Police Office on September 8 accusing him of raping a girl on September 7. According to the Police Inspector Dharma Bhandari, the victim underwent a health checkup at District hospital of Bairahawa on September 8. साढे ३ वर्षीया बालिकालाई बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा सौराह फर्सिटिकर-५ केवलपुरका २६ वर्षीय युवराज पाण्डे (सन्तोष)लाई प्रहरीले गिरफ्तार गरेको छ । पीडित बालिकालाई आरोपितले भदौ २२ गते बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा पीडित बालिकाकका अभिभावकले भदौ २३ गते जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयमा उजुरी दिएका थिए । पीडित बालिकाको स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण भदौ २३ गते भिम अस्पताल भैरहवामा गरिएको जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय रुपन्देहीका इन्स्पेक्टर धर्मराज भण्डारीले जानकारी दिए ।
