Alleging the police of not arresting the culprit who had beaten the victim to death, relatives of the dead have obstructed the Chandranigahapur road by placing the body in the middle of the road. Radha Krishna Sah, resident of Chandrapur-7 of Rautahat, died during the treatmentafter being beaten by the neighbor Manir Miya Ansari,40years old, on September 7, said the victim's family. Demanding strict action against Ansari, women's group also protested and demonstrated infront of the Area Police Office. Ansari who is a teacher of Janajyoti H.S School and Shah used to run into dispute many times in the past and on September 7, Shah was beaten by Ansari. He died on Saturday during the course of treatment. Ansari has beeen arrested and further investigation is being carried out according to the Police Inspector of the chandranigahapur Police Area, Mr, Birendra Paswan. कुटपिटबाट आफन्तको मृत्यु भएको र प्रहरीले दोषीलाई पक्राउ नगरेको भन्दै मृतकका आफन्तले गौर– चन्द्रनिगापहुर सडकखण्डमा शव राखेर चक्काजाम गरेका छन्। कुटपिट गर्नेलाई प्रहरीले पक्राउ नगरेपछि स्थानीयबासी र आफन्तले गौर–चन्द्रनिगाहपुर सडक खण्डको बजार टोलमा शव राखेर प्रदर्शन गरेका हुन्। सोमवार बिहानदेखि गरिएको चक्काजाम भने दोषीलाई प्रहरीले पक्राउ गरेपछि दिउँसो करिब तीन बजे खुलेको छ। रौतहटको चन्द्रपुर–५ मा झाडुको व्यापार गर्दै आएका ४० वर्षीय राधाकृष्ण साहलाई छिमेकी मनिर मिया अन्सरीले कुटपिट गरी घाइते बनाएको र उपचारको क्रममा ज्यान गएको पीडित परिवारले दाबी गरेको छ। कुटपिट गर्ने अन्सारीलाई कडा कारबाही हुनुपर्ने माग राख्दै महिलाहरुको समुहले इलाका प्रहरी कार्यालय अगाडिसमेत प्रदर्शन गरेका थिए।चन्द्रनिगाहपुरस्थित जनज्योति उमाविका निमावि तहका शिक्षक अन्सारी र साहबीच पहिलेदेखि नै विवाद हुँदै आएको र भदौ २२ गते अन्सारीको कुटाइबाट घाइते भएका साहको आइतवार उपचारका क्रममा ज्यान गएको पीडित परिवारको भनाइ छ। कुटपिट गर्ने शिक्षक अन्सारीलाई पक्राउ गरी अनुसन्धान सुरु गरेको इलाका प्रहरी कार्यालय चन्द्रनिगाहपुरका प्रहरी निरीक्षक वीरेन्द्र पासवानले जानकारी दिए।
