Police arrested Suman Rai, 22, resident of Maipokhari-3 in Ilam on the charge of raping an 18-year-old girl. According to inspector Rudra Chudal of District Police Office he was arrested on the basis of a complaint filed against him on September 14. The victim underwent medical examination on the same day. १८ वर्षीया एक युवतीलाई बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा इलाम माइपोखरी–३ का २२ वर्षीय सुमन राईलाई प्रहरीले भदौ ३० गते गिरफ्तार गरेको छ । पीडित बालिकालाई भदौ २३ गते बलात्कार गरेको भन्दै आरोपितविरुद्ध भदौ २९ गते जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयमा उजुरी परेको इन्स्पेक्टर रुद्र चूडालले जानकारी दिए । पीडित महिलाको स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण भदौ २९ गते जिल्ला अस्पतालमा गरिएको प्रहरीले जनाएको छ ।
