Police have arrested 55 years old Prem Prasad Luitel of Sankhejung-4 on September 21 on charge of raping two girls. A complaint against Luitel was lodged at District Police Office on September 17 on charge of raping four and two years old girls. Inspector Rudra Chudal of DPO said that the case has been lodged at District Court and the accused is under investigation. The victims are sisters and they both underwent a health checkup at District Hospital on September 20. नौ वर्षीया र चार वर्षीया बालिकालाई बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा साँखेजुङ् गाविस-४ का प्रजापति भनिने ५५ वर्षीय प्रेमप्रसाद लुईंटेललाई प्रहरीले असोज ५ गते गिरफ्तार गरेको छ । पीडित बालिकाहरूलाई असोज १ गते आरोपितले बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा पीडितका अभिभावकले असोज ४ गते प्रहरीमा उजुरी दिएका थिए । उजुरी आएपछि अनुसन्धानका लागि आरोपितलाई गिरफ्तार गरिएको जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयका इन्स्पेक्टर रुद्र चुडालले बताए । पीडित बालिकाहरूको स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण असोज ४ जिल्ला अस्पतालमा गरिएको पनि इन्स्पेक्टर चूडालले जानकारी दिए ।
