Police arrested a 12-year-old teenager from Ilam on the charge of raping a 5-year-old minor girl. The accused teenager was arrested by the police on the basis of a complaint lodged by the victim's parents on September 26, saying that the teenager raped the girl on September 23. Inspector Rudra Chudal of DPO informed that police accused the rape accused teenager immediately after receiving complaint against him. The victim underwent medical examination at district hospital. पाँच वर्षीया बालिकालाई बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा प्रहरीले १२ वर्षीय एक बालकलाई गिरफ्तार गरेको छ । पीडित बालिकालाई आरोपित बालकले असोज ७ गते बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा पीडित बालिकाका अभिभावकले असोज १० गते जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयमा उजुरी दिएका थिए । उजुरी आएपछि अनुसन्धानका लागि आरोपित बालकलाई असोज १० गते नै गिरफ्तार गरिएको जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयका इन्स्पेक्टर रुद्र चुडालले जानकारी दिए । पीडित बालिकाको स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण असोज १० गते जिल्ला अस्पतालमा गरिएको पनि चुडालले बताए ।
