Police arrested Indian police Sarad Raya for attempting to rape a Nepali woman in Dodhara on September 6. The arrested has been identified as Sarad Raya, an Indian national who is a resident of Bangali Colony, Naujaliya of Uttar Pradesh. Raya and the victim's house are at a distance of only 25 meters from each other. Raya entered the victim's house on the night of September 6 and attempted to sexually abuse her. During the scuffle the woman hit Raya on the head with a stick. Raya sustained minor injury on his head. भदौ २१ गते बिहान ३ बजे श्रीमानसहित घर परिवारसँगै सुतिरहेको अवस्थामा दोधारा चादनी नगरपालिका १०, कुतियाकवरमा मदिरा सेवन गरेर आएका उत्तर प्रदेश, नौजलिया, बङाली कोलोनी निवासी सरद रायले अध्यारोमा गलत नियतले शरीर भरी छामेर कपडा खोल्ने प्रयासमा पक्राउ गरिएका छन् । राती आएका सरदालाई महिलाले डणडा प्रहार गरेकी छिन् । सो प्रहारबाट सरदको टाउकोमा सामान्य रगत आएको छ । उनीमाथि जबरजस्ती-करणीकोमा मुद्दा दर्ता गरिने जनाएको छ ।
