Vice-chairman of Birtamod-based Health and Education Civil Stakeholder Society Chaitanya Prakash Mainali has started the fast-unto-death. "I have started the hunger strike seeking approval of B and B Hospital as the health facility has all the required physical infrastructure," he said. He said there should be at least one medical college for 26 lakh population in Mechi Zone. Mainali is said to have no relation with the B and B Hospital or its employees. He is a civil society leader of Birtamod, Jhapa. - HNS
