Locals of Bara have demanded action against Bara Local Development Officer Narayan Prasadh Pandey. They have demonstrated by burning tires in front of district development office in Kalaiya. Locals have blamed that Pandey have purposely stealing important files by breaking the lock of district development committee office on Monday night. The accused LDO meanwhile said that he went to the office only for sleeping. Locals claimed that they saw accused Pandey going inside the district development office at night time for staying there. According to the accused, he said that he went to the office only for sleeping since the day when administration padlocked the office. Some politician of Bara have also blamed him for financial irregularities for the district development. बाराका स्थानीय विकास अधिकारी नारायणप्रसाद पाण्डेलाई कारवाहीको माग गर्दै कलैयाका स्थानीयवासीले जिल्ला विकास अगाडि टायर बालेर प्रदर्शन गरेका छन्। जिल्ला विकास समितिको कार्यालयका महत्वपूर्ण कागजपत्र स्थानीय विकास अधिकारी पाण्डेले सोमबार राति कार्यालयको ताल्चा फोडेर गायब गरेको आरोप लगाउँदै गोल्डेन गुप्ताका नेतृत्वमा रहेका स्थानीयहरुले प्रदर्शनमा उत्रेका छन्। समान्य प्रशासन मन्त्रालयबाट अन्य मन्त्रालयमा सरुवा भइसकेका र केही दिन पहिला स्थानीय विकास मन्त्रालयले पनि २४ घण्टे पत्र काटेर स्थानीय विकास अधिकारी पाण्डेलाई तानिसकेको अवस्थामा राति पाण्डेले ताला तोडेर कार्यालय भित्र प्रवेश गरीकागजपत्र गायब गरेको भन्दै छानविनको माग गर्दै स्थानीय आन्दोलित भएका हुन्। स्थानीय विकास अधिकारी पाण्डेले राति बस्नकालागि जिविसमा प्रवेश गरेको प्रतिक्रिया दिएका छन्। पाण्डेले स्थानीय विकास अधिकारीको निवास रहेको जिल्ला प्रशासन कार्यालय भित्रको भवनमा प्रशासनले तालाबन्दी गरेपछि आफू जिविसमा बस्न मात्रै राति कार्यालय प्रवेश गरेको जनाएका छन् बाराका स्थानीय विकास अधिकारी पाण्डेले जिल्लाको विकास निर्माण भन्दा आर्थिक अनियमितता गरेको भन्दै बाराका राजनीतिक दल उनको विरोधमा उत्रेका छन भने जिविसका कर्मचारीसमेत राजनीतिक दलका प्रतिनिधिलाई साथ दिइरहेका छन्।
