A complaint against Prabhu Raut Kurmi,55 of Mungli VDC-6 has been lodged at District Police Office on October 3 on charge of attacking his daughter in-law Anju Devi, 25 with a sickle and injuring her. The victim’s husband Ambika Patel had lodged a complaint at DPO Parsa on October 3 against the accused according to SP Raj Babu Shrestha of District Police Office. The victim sustained a head injury. She is undergoing treatment at Narayani Sub-regional hospital. She has seven stitches in her head according to the doctors involved in her treatment. SP Shrestha of DPO said that the incident is under investigation. The accused has not been arrested until the day this news is published. मुड्ली गाविस-६ की २५ वर्षीया अन्जुदेवीलाई घरेलु हतियार हँसियाले प्रहार गरी घाइते बनाएको आरोपमा ५५ वर्षीय ससुरा प्रभु राउत कुर्मीविरुद्ध जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय पर्सामा असोज १७ गते उजुरी परेको छ । पीडित महिलालाई असोज १६ गते आरोपितले हँसिया प्रहार गरी घाइते बनाएको आरोपमा पीडित महिलाका पति अम्विका पटेलले असोज १७ गते प्रहरीमा उजुरी दिएको जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय पर्साका एसपी राजुबाबु श्रेष्ठले जानकारी दिएका छन् । हँसिया प्रहारबाट पीडित महिलाको टाउकोको बायाँ भागमा चोट लागेको छ । उनको नारायणी उपक्षेत्रीय अस्पतालमा उपचार भइरहेको छ । टाउकोमा सात ओटा टाँका लगाइएको उपचारमा संलग्न चिकित्सकले बताएका छन् । जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय पर्साका एसपी श्रेष्ठले घटनाबारे अनुसन्धान भइरहेको बताए । आरोपितलाई असोज १८ गते बिहानसम्म गिरफ्तार गरिएको छैन ।
