Three consumers rights organization have boycotted the market monitoring carried out by the District Administrative Office of Makwanpur on Thursday. They said that the lack of timely monitoring of the market has left consumers being cheated by retailers. In a press statement released jointly, the consumer rights organizations have accused the DAO of not taking any action despite finding inedible item worth lakhs of rupees on sale in the shops.
