The officials of the Mahakali Seti Transport Committee located at Bhimdattanagar of Kanchanpur are under arrest in allegation of vandalizing a bus belonging to the Namaste Shuklaphanta Pvt. The District Police Office (DPO), Kanchanpur arrested Mahakali Committee officials on Sunday evening based on a complaint filed by Namaste Shuklaphanta Pvt. The two sides have been in dispute after a new bus service was launched after the registration of Shuklaphanta Pvt. The workers affiliated with Mahakali Committee and Pawandut Committee allegedly vandalized a bus with registration plate no, Na 5 Kha 4150, belonging to Shuklaphanta Pvt. Meanwhile, the Mahakali and Pawandut bus committees have warned for shutting down the highway to protest the arrest of their officials. The two committees have expressed concern over the launch of new bus service by registration of old bus committee of the eastern route, and accused Shuklaphanta of not meeting the criteria to become a private limited company (Pvt). They have demanded that a private company must introduce new buses. कञ्चनपुरको भीमदत्तनगरस्थित महाकाली सेती यातायात समितिका पदाधिकारीलाई प्रहरीले नियन्त्रणमा लिएको छ। यहाँबाट सञ्चालनमा आएको नमस्ते शुक्लाफाँटा प्रालिको एउटा बसमाथि आइतबार तोडफोड भएपछि उक्त पक्षले महाकाली समितिका नेतृत्वले तोडफोड गरेको दाबी गर्दै प्रहरीमा उजुरी दिएपछि जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय कञ्चनपुरले महाकाली समितिका वरिष्ठ उपाध्यक्ष पदमसिंह भाट, उपकारकोष उपाध्यक्ष डम्बर पन्त र महासचिव विष्णु कँडेललाई आइतबार साँझ नियन्त्रणमा लिएको हो। शुक्लाफाँटा प्रालिले समिति दर्ता गरी बस सञ्चालनमा ल्याएपछि बस समितिबीच विवाद बढेको छ। यहाँस्थित महाकाली सेती यातायात समिति र पवनदुत समिति सम्बद्ध मजदुरले शुक्लाफाँटाको ना ५ ख ४१५० नम्बरको बस तोडफोड गरेपछि पूर्व पश्चिम राजमार्ग समेत केहीबेर अवरुद्ध बनेको थियो। त्यसैगरी आफ्ना पदाधिकारीलाई नियन्त्रणमा लिएको विरोधमा आजदेखि महाकाली र पवनदुत बस समितिले यातायात बन्द गर्ने चेतावनी दिएको छ। शुक्लाफाँटाले प्रालिको अवधारण पूरा नगरेको र पूर्वी रुटमा चलेका पुराना गाडी समिति दर्ता गरेर यहाँ सञ्चालनमा ल्याएकोमा महाकाली र पवनदुत समितिले आपत्ति जनाउँदै आएको छ। उनीहरुले प्रालिले नयाँ बस ल्याउनुपर्ने भन्दै यातायात सञ्चालनमा अवरुद्ध पार्दै आएका छन्।
