The charge against 13 years old boy for molesting a seven years old girl has been postponed by the District Court due to the under age of an accused. The District Court of Dang had given a verdict against the accused one month ago after finding him guilty in child molestation. A single bench of District Court judge Balabhadra Bastola had given a verdict on November 9 regarding the case. The accused had sexually abused a girl on October 27 and complaint against him was lodged on the same day. He was arrested right after the complaint was lodged against him. The victim underwent a health checkup at District Hospital of Dang on same day according to the police. J.N Sagar सात वर्षीया एक बालिकालाई यौन दुर्व्यवहार गरेको घटनाका दोषी ठहर गरिएका १३ वर्षीय बालकलाई जिल्ला अदालत दाङले अभियोगमा दोषी ठहर गर्दै फैसला गरेको एक महिना कैद सजाय स्थगित गरेको जनाएको छ । न्यायाधीश बलभद्र बास्तोलाको इजलासले कात्तिक २४ गते बालकलाई दोषी ठहर गर्दै कैद गर्ने फैसला गरेपनि आरोपित नाबालक भएकोले कैद स्थगित गरिएको अदालतका श्रेष्तेदार गम्भीर रानाले जानकारी दिए । पीडित बालिकालाई आरोपितले कात्तिक ११ गते यौन दुर्व्यवहार गरेको आरोपमा पीडित पक्षले कात्तिक ११ गते नै प्रहरीमा उजुरी दिएको थियो । पीडित बालिकाका अभिभावकको उजुरीपछि प्रहरीले कात्तिक ११ गते आरोपितलाई गिरफ्तार गरेको थियो । पीडित बालिकाको स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण सोही दिन जिल्ला अस्पताल दाङमा गरिएको प्रहरीले जनाएको छ । जे.एन.सागर
