National Private and Boarding Schools Association Nepal (N-PABSON) along with Institutional School Association of Nepal(ISAN) have demonstrated against the government at Maitighar regarding the draft of Educational Bill in Constitutional Assembly. A draft Bill of Education Rules 2073 prepared by the Ministry of Education is on the way of promulgation. N-PABSON and other private school's association are against the Draft of Education Rule (2073) saying that the upcoming rule is against Private schools of Nepal. Speaking at the corner assembly of demonstration programme N-PABSON chairman Karna Bahadur Shahi said the upcoming educational rule sought to destroy the lower layer structure of school system of Nepal. प्रस्तावित शिक्षा नियमावलीमा निजी विद्यालयप्रति पूर्वाग्रह गरिएको भन्दै निजी तथा आवासीय विद्यालय एसोसिएसन (एन प्याब्सन)ले शुक्रबार माइतीघर मण्डलामा विरोध प्रदर्शन गरेको छ । शिक्षा मन्त्रालयले तयार गरेको शिक्षा नियमावली, २०७३ को मस्यौदामा निजी लगानीमा सञ्चालित विद्यालयलाई गुठीअन्तर्गत सञ्चालन गर्न अनिवार्य गरिएको र विद्यालयको तहगत संरचना ध्वस्त पार्न खोजिएको सङ्गठनको आरोप छ । एनप्याब्सनसँगै संस्थागत विद्यालय सङ्घ (इसान) पनि विरोध प्रदर्शनमा सहभागी भएको थियो । सहभागीले हातमा कालोपट्टी बाँधेर एक घन्टा धर्ना दिएका थिए । धर्नापछिको सभामा एनप्याब्सनका अध्यक्ष कर्णबहादुर शाहीले पूर्व प्राथमिकदेखि कक्षा १२ सम्म करिब ३० प्रतिशत क्षेत्र ओगटेको निजी शैक्षिक क्षेत्रलाई नियमावलीको परिभाषामा समेत नराखिएकामा आपत्ति जनाउनुभयो । उहाँले नियमावली जारी गर्दा आफ्ना माग सम्बोधन नभए कडा आन्दोलन गर्ने चेतावनी पनि दिनुभयो ।
