Protesters stopped two vehicles of Chief District officer and Chief Police Superintendent demanding the incorporation of Gulmi's 4 and 8 number's area of Jubhung as well as Balithum and other VDCs into same local body. The protesters have been sitting in protest for this cause since 29 October. Similarly, protesters have also stopped the way to Sanitpur, Bami and Tamghas headquarter as a part of protest. Rameshchandra Kharel, member of the struggle committee, who is coordinating the protest in Aapchaur Indragaudh stated that the District Officer and Superintendent's vehicles were stopped because they were coming to the area with intention of dismantling the movement in the name of monitoring. गुल्मीको ४ नम्बर ईलाका र ८ नम्बर ईलाकाको जुभुङ, बलिथुमसहितका गाविसहरु एउटै स्थानिय निकायभित्र हुनु पर्ने माग राख्दै कात्तिक १३ गतेदेखी आन्दोलनरत आन्दोलनकारीले सदरमुकामबाट बामी तर्फ जादै गरेका प्रमुख जिल्ला अधिकारी र जिल्ला प्रहरी प्रमुख प्रहरी उपरिक्षक सवार दुई वटा गाडीलाई केही बेर ईन्द्रगौडामा रोकेका छन् । त्यस्तै ईलाका नम्बर ४ का सानीत्पुर जाने, बामी जाने र सदर्मुकाम तम्घास आउने सबै रुटहरु बन्दकर्ताले ठप्प परेका छन् । आपचौरको ईन्द्रगौडामा आन्दोलनको नेत्रित्व सम्हालेका संघर्ष समितिका सदस्य रमेशचन्द्र खरेलले प्रशासनले वामिचौकी निरिक्षण गर्न जाने निउमा आन्दोलन तुहाउन खोजेको आसंकामा प्रमुख जिल्ला अधिकारी उदयबहादुर राना मगरल र प्रहरी उपरिक्षक भोला बहादुर रावल सहित सवार दुई वटा गाडीहरु ईन्द्रगौडा नाकाबाट चिर्न नदिएको बताए बताए।
