[Updated] There has been a suspicion of murder after rape on 13 years old girl from Lauhaki VDC-2 on December 6 however the reason behind the murder and accused is still unidentified. The victim girl was in a rice field at Narsingh VDC-8 early in the morning of December 6. Her dead body was recovered by the locals and informed the police. The incident was under investigation according to Police inspector Nawa Raj Neupane of District Police Office. The postmortem of the body was conducted on a same day at Dharan B.P Koirala health institution. Inspector Neupane said that the reason behind the murder will come out only after the postmortem report. The investigation is initiated by both District Police Office and regional police office of Biratnagar. The locals are suspicious that she might have been killed after rape. A team of National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has initiated the investigation over the murder of 13 years old Radha Kumari Yadav of Lohaki VDC-2. A dead body of a girl was recovered from the rice field at narsingh VDC-8 on the morning of December 6. The NHRC has initiated the investigation after the accused involved in her murder is not identified yet according to regional director Jhankar Bahadur Rawal of NHRC. The victim’s parents had lodged a complaint at NHRC regional office in Biratnagar after the accused was not identified. On January 5, interrogation regarding the incident was conducted with CDO Lok Nath Paudel and Police Chief Posh Raj Pokhrel according to Rawal. There is a suspicion that the girl might have been raped before her death. लौहकी गाविस-२ की १३ वर्षीया राधाकुमारी यादव हत्याको विषयमा राष्ट्रिय मानव अधिकार आयोगको टोलीले अनुसन्धान सुरु गरेको छ । मङ्सिर २१ गते बिहानै नरसिंह गाविस-८ स्थित आफ्नै धानबारीमा धान काटन गएकी बालिकाको हत्या भएको थियो । बालिकाको हत्या भएको एक महिना बित्दा पनि हत्यारा पत्ता नलागेपछि आयोगले अनुसन्धान सुरु गरेको आयोगका पूर्वाञ्चल क्षेत्रीय कार्यालयका निर्देशक झङ्करबहादुर रावलले बताए । हत्या भएको लामो समयसम्म घटनाको सत्यतथ्य पत्ता नलागेपछि पीडितका आफन्तले राष्ट्रिय मानव अधिकार आयोग क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय विराटनगरमा उजुरी गरेपछि अनुसन्धान सुरु गरिएको उनले बताए । पुस २१ गते सुनसरीका प्रमुख जिल्ला अधिकारी लोकनाथ पौडेल र प्रहरी प्रमुख पोषराज पोखरेलसँग घटनाबारे सोधपुछ गरेको रावलले बताए । घटनाबारे क्षेत्रीय प्रहरी कार्यालय विराटनर र जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय सुनसरीको संयुक्त टोलीले अनुसन्धान गरिरहेको छ । बालिकाको हत्या सामूहिक बलात्कार पछि गरिएको स्थानीयले आशङ्का गरेका छन् ।
