The opposition party led by CPN-UML and Janamorcha have enforced bandh in Kailali district today. They called for bandh in the district protesting against yesterday's so-called repression against their cadres by police during PM's visit to the district. Transportation, markets, shops, and educational institutes have remained shut due to the bandh. On Wednesday police had arrested 36 cadres of opposition parties along with the district chairman Dirgha Sodhari and Secretary Rana Bahadur Chand of CPN-UML.
