Police have arrested 19 years old Ramu BK on December 8 on charge of beating and breaking hand of his wife Indira B.K, 18 of Sandhikharka Municipality-2. The victim said that her left hand was broken during the intimidation on the evening of December 6. She has several bruises over her body. The victim’s uncle Rudra Bahadur Pandey said that they were compelled to go for legal treatment after she was tortured by the accused. Based on a complaint lodged by the victim’s family he will be charged under the domestic violence said inspector Sujan Raj Bhandari of District Police Office. The victim is getting treatment at Arghakhanchi District Hospital.
