Police on December 13 arrested 19-year-old Ajit Chepang of Handikhola-7 VDC on the charge of raping a 15-year-old girl. The incident reportedly took place on December 1. Kins of the victim had lodged a complaint at Kathmandu and Hetauda District Police offices of their daughter gone missing. Police investigation found that the girl had run away with Ajit Chepang. A rape charge was filed against Ajit for marrying the victim who was underage. The victim was sent Hetauda hospital for check up. १५ वर्षीया बालिकालाई मङ्सिर १६ गते बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा हाँडिखोला गाविस-७ का १९ वर्षीय अजित चेपाङलाई मङ्सिर २८ गते प्रहरीले हेटौँडावाट गिरफ्तार गरेको छ । पीडित बालिकाका अभिभावकले मङ्सिर १७ गते बालिका खोजतलास गरिदिन निवेदन दिएका थिए । पीडित बालिकाको स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण हेटौँडा अस्पतालमा मङ्सिर २८ गते गरिएको छ । पीडित दुवै बालिकालाई भगाएर अन्यत्रै लगेर बलात्कार गरेको आरोप छ ।
