A Couple accused on the charges of polygamy in Arghakhanchi

Police arrested 22-years-old Jubida Khatun and 33-year-old Alauddin Miya of Sandhikharka Municipality-4 on January 3 on the charges of polygamy. They were arrested based on a complaint lodged by the victim Safina Miya.
The victim lodged a complaint at District Police Office on January 1 demanding the action against them.
According to the victim woman, the accused duo married on November 10. DSP Nawa Ratna Paudel of District Police Office said that they were arrested for further investigation.
