There was an attempt to bring the rape case on common terms when a 12-years-old girl was raped by her own 65-years-old uncle. The incident took place in Chaukhawaan Chyamdada-1 of Rukum district. Villagers demanded an amount of NRs 40,000 to the victim's father. However, the father has said that he will never expect that amount and will look for justice. The girl was residing in her aunt's house since a long time. The incident was made public on December 20.
