The locals of Prempur, Gonahi VDC padlocked the VDC office as a protest against the transfer of Secretary Bishwa Nath Sah. The cadres of Nepali Congress and CPN-UML padlocked VDC Office for transferring secretary Bishwanath Sah and bringing Chandramohan Sah in his position without any prior notice provided by the DDC Office of Rautahat. Arjun Yadav, cadre of Nepali Congress said,they would continue padlocking until the Rautahat DDC Office calls back secretary Chandramohan Sah. Umesh Basnet,Local Development Officer of DDC Rautahat said, he did not had any information regarding the padlocking incident, he will find out about it and take necessary action. प्रेमपुर गोनाही गविसका सचिवलाई सरुवा गरेको कार्यको विरोध गर्दै स्थानीय बासिन्दाले गाविस कार्यलयमा तालाबन्दी गरेका छन। जिल्ला बिकास समिती, रौतहटले बिना सुचना सचिव विश्वनाथ साहको सरुवा गरी अर्का सचिव चन्द्रमोहन साहलाई पठाएको भन्दै प्रेमपुर गोनाहीका नेपाली कांग्रेस र नेकपा एमलेका कार्यकर्ताहरुले तालाबन्दी गरेका हुन। सचिव चन्द्रमोहन साहलाई फिर्ता नबोलएसम्म कार्यलयको तालाबन्दी नखोलिने नेपाली कांग्रेसका कार्यकर्ता अर्जुन यादवले टेलीफोनमार्फत बताएका छन। जिल्ला बिकास समिती, रौतहटका स्थानीय विकास अधिकारी उमेश बस्नेतले तालाबन्दीबारे आफुलाई जानकारी नरहेको र सो सम्बन्धमा पत्ता लगाइ आवश्यक कारबाइ गर्ने बताए।
