Tilak Rai,35, of Mahabharat in Dankuta was killed while attempting to rape a woman on Tuesday night. As stated to the police by locals, Maitishwori Rai, 39, killed Tilak after he attempted to rape Maitishwori by entering her room on Tuesday night. Maitishwori reportedly strangled Tilak with a string in self-defence. Maitishowri who lives alone, is on the run folloiwng the incident. SP Sudip Bhandari said that police are investigating into the incident. महिलालाई जर्बजस्ती करणी गर्न खोज्ने धनकुटाको महाभारत गाविसका ३५ वर्षीय तिलक राईको हत्या भएको छ। स्थानीय ३९ वर्षीया माईतीश्वरी राईको कोठामा पसेर जर्बजस्ती गर्न खोजेपछि उनको हत्या भएको स्थानीयले प्रहरीलाई बयान दिएका छन्। राईको झोलाको जुईनाले घाँटी बाँधेर माईतीश्वरीले हत्या गरेको प्रहरी बताएको छ। श्रीमान बैदेशिक रोजगारीमा गएको र घरमा एक्लै भएको मौका पारी कोठामा पसेका तिलकको हत्यापछि माईतीश्वरी फरार छिन्। उनको खोजी भइरहेको धनकुटाका प्रहरी उपरीक्षक सुदीप राजभण्डारीले बताए।
