Principal in Rastriya Lower Secondary school in Ganguli of Ghodghas VDC in Dhanusha has been accused of financial irregularities. Parents during meeting has accused Dhani Ram Thakur, the principal for irregularities. Parents and locals when did the inquiry in the meeting in school premise regarding staff appointment and economic regularities, there was vandalism from both the parties. According to Ram Sundar Jha, a local the meeting was put on hold after the vandalism. As per him, the Principal of school has not made the financial transactions of school public and transparent and was avoiding this in most of parents meeting. This time too when parents raised about the issue of economic transparency, Thakur put the meeting on hold. Principal Thakur has been accused of mishandling more than 1 million, not disclosing economic transaction since 2012 and always escaping the questions regarding transaction. Locals have accused Principal for mishandling more than million rupees while constructing 2 rooms in school not making budget transparent. Meanwhile, Thakur said that the accusation against him is without evidence and he had already submitted the financial documents to the finance section of school. He said he was ready to bring the transaction to public in parents meeting but was unable to present due to obstructions. Though he committed to make the bank statement public, the monitoring committee said the committee would not accept the report until principal Thakur make the transaction transparent. Sushil Jha, Tej Narayan Lal Karna, Pachattar Mukhiya, Tripti Mahara, Bijay Jha (teacher representative) as well as Principal Thakur are the members of the Monitoring Committee. धनुषा जिल्लाको एक निम्न माध्यमिक विद्यालयमा व्यापक अनियमितता प्रधानाध्यापकले गरेको आरोप छ । घोडघास गाविस स्थित गंगुली गाउँमा रहेको राष्टिय निम्न माध्यमिक विद्यालयको प्रधानाध्यापक धनिराम ठाकुरमाथि अभिभावक भेलाको क्रममा अनियमितता गरेको आरोप अभिभावकहरुले लगाएको हो । भेलामा विद्यालय प्राङ्गणमा जम्मा भएका अभिभावक तथा स्थानीयवासीले विद्यालयमा भएको शिक्षक नियुक्ति तथा आर्थिक अनियमितताबारे खोज तलास गर्ने क्रममा दुई पक्षबीच तोडफोड समेत भएको छ । तोडफोडपछि भेला नै स्थगित भएको स्थानीयवासी रामसुन्दर झाले जानकारी दिए । उनले लामो समयदेखि विद्यालयको हिसाब किताब पारदर्शी नभएको र पटक पटक हुने गरेको अभिभावक भेलामा प्रधानाध्यापक ठाकुर पन्छिने गरेकोले यसपालि गाउँवासीहरुले आर्थिक पारदर्शीताको कुरा उठाउँदा प्रधानाध्यापक ठाकुरले भेला नै स्थगित गरेको बताए । विद्यालयमा २०६८ सालदेखि नै विभिन्न समयमा गरेको अभिभावक भेलाको क्रममा हिसाब किताब नहुँदा अहिलेसम्म ११ लाखभन्दा बढी रकम अनियमितता भएको र सो रकमको खर्च सार्वजानिक नगरी प्रधानाध्यापक ठाकुर पन्छिन खोजेको आरोप छ । विद्यालयको दुई कोठे भवन निर्माणको क्रममा बजेट नै अपारदर्शी गरी कामकाज गरेकोले ११ लाख रुपैँया अनियमितता भएको आरोप स्थानीयवासीले लगाएको हो । यता प्रधानाध्यापक ठाकुरले ममाथि लगाएको आरोप निराधाण रहेको बताउँदै उनले लेखा परिक्षक समक्ष हिसाब किताब पेस गरिसकेको तर अधिभावक भेलामा आर्थिह पारदर्शी गर्न खोज्दा भएको विवादको क्रममा हिसाब सार्वजानिक गर्न नसकेको बताए । उनले आज विदा भएको कारणले बैंकबाट प्रतिवेदन निकाल्न नसकेको बताउँदै भने छिट्टै नै सो समेत सार्वजानिक गर्ने बताए । तर हिसाब किताब सार्वजानिक गर्नको लागि स्थानीयस्तरमा गठित हिसाब किताब अनुगमन समितिले प्रधानाध्यापक ठाकुरले आर्थिक पारदर्शी नगर्दा सम्म कुनै पनि हालतमा अनौपचारिक रुपमा प्रस्तुत गरिने हिसाक किताब अमान्य हुने बताए । सो हिसाब किताब पारदर्शीको लागि रेखदेख अनुगमन समितिमा सुशिल झा, तेजनारायण लाल कर्ण, पच्हत्तर मुखिया, तृपित महरा , शिक्षक तर्फबाट बिजय झा र प्रधानाध्यापक ठाकुर समेत रहेका छन् ।
