Police have registered almost a year-old case against 4 people on February 4 on the charge of abusing and assaulting 68-year-old Bhauli Sah for practising witchcraft on April 3, 2072. Sah was physically assaulted at a roadside in Kanchanpur-4. Such action of police came after Rajbiraj Appellate court gave orders to register Sah's case which the police had initially denied. The complaint was then sent to the court from post. All the accused hail from Kanchanrp Municipality-4 and are on the run.  ।
