Local Bodies Employee Joint Struggle District Coordination Committee has called one hour pen down (1000-1100) in the district for 09 February demanding six points demand along with local body’s election. Similarly, they announced protest programme for 10 February– 3 hours (1000-1300hrs) pen down and on 12 February– for one day closure of DDC/VDC.
