A training on Elephantiasis was stopped all of a sudden on Monday. The training was stopped when the health personnel attending the training started protesting themselves. They even padlocked the office. All the services of the office were halted apart from regular health services. They claimed that health ministry violated Health Service Act, 2053 (9 b) and delayed the work, fought among themselves and ignored their demands. They started the protest from February 1. Questions were raised on Nepal Health Personnel Association, Health Technical Association and National Health Personnel Association. They even decided to cancel the program on elephantiasis that was supposed to take place on March 2,3 and 4. जिल्ला स्वास्थ्य कार्यालयमा सोमबार हात्तीपाईले रोगसम्बन्धि तालिम चल्दा चल्दै रोकियो। तालिममा सहभागी स्वास्थ्यकर्मीहरु तालिम हुन आन्दोलनकै कारण बन्द गरियो। उनीहरुले कार्यालय नै तालाबन्दी गरे। नियमित स्वास्थ्यसेवा बाहेक अन्य कार्यक्रमहरु ठप्प पार्दै विभिन्न स्वास्थ्यकर्मी संघ/संगठनहरुले आन्दोलन गरेका हुन्। उनीहरुले स्वास्थ्य मन्त्रालयले स्वास्थ्य सेवा एन २०५३ को ९ ख कार्यन्वयन तथा पद व्यवस्थापन गर्ने कार्यमा ढिलासुस्ती, स्वास्थ्यकर्मीबीच मनमुटाव, द्वन्द मुडभेड ल्याउने उक्त मागहरुको समाधान नगरेको भन्दै माघ १९ गतेदेखि आन्दोलित भएका हुन्। नेपाल स्वास्थ्यकर्मी संघ, राष्ट्रिय स्वास्थ्यकर्मी संघ नेपाल, नेपाल स्वास्थ्य प्राविधिक संघ आन्दोलनमा होमिएको हो। आकस्मिक सेवा बाहेक जिल्ला तथा राष्ट्रिय स्तरका तालिम, गोष्ठी, नियमित कार्यक्रम रोक्ने, फाल्गुन २१, २२ र २३ गते संचालन हुने हात्तीपाईले रोग निवारणका लागि औषधि खुवाउने कार्यक्रम रोक्ने निर्णय गरिएको आन्दोलन समितिका संयोजक लालबहादुर खड्काले बताए।
