A complaint against Raj Kumar Shrestha, 45 of Chyangre VDC-6 has been lodged at DPO on February 19 on charge of raping 14 years old girl. The victim’s party has lodged a complaint at DPO complaining that the victim was raped on January 28, luring her for giving lift in a motorbike. The victim underwent a health checkup at Health Post in Chyangre on January 29. The victim’s party said that the process of complaint lodging was delayed as the accused attempted to settle the case by paying compensation to the victim. Inspector Radha Prasad Parajuli of DPO Bhojpur said that the accused will be arrested for further investigation based on a complaint lodged by the victim’s party. १४ वर्षीया बालिकालाई बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा च्याङ्ग्रे गाविस ६ का ४५ वर्षीय राजकुमार श्रेष्ठविरुद्ध फागुन ९ गते जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयमा उजुरी दर्ता भएको छ । बजार जाँदा मोटरसाइकलमा लिफ्ट दिन्छु भन्दै गत माघ १५ गते बलत्कार गरेको भन्दै पीडित पक्षले उजुरी दिएको हो । पीडित बालिकाको स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण स्वास्थ्य चौकी च्याङ्ग्रेमा ०७३ माघ १६ गते गरिएको थियो । पूर्व गाविस सचिव समेत रहेका श्रेष्ठले बलात्कारपछि रकम दिएर मिलाउन खोजेपछि उजुरी गर्न ढिलाई भएको पीडित पक्षले जनाएको छ । पीडित पक्षले उजुरी दिएको र उजुरीको आधारमा आरोपितलाई गिरफ्तार गरी अनुसन्धान गरिने जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय भोजपुरका इन्सपेक्टर राधाप्रसाद पराजुलीले बताए ।
