The Bajhang District Police Office was surrounded by the friends and relatives of Dinesh Bohara, who was killed in a brawl at Daulichaur, on Sunday. They demanded the police to hand over the accused who was in custody. DSP Narendra Chand said the villagers hurled stones at police personnel who, in turn, resorted to lathicharge. Fourteen police officers and 22 villagers were hurt in the incident. Police also fired two warning shots. Dinesh had died in a fight with Dipendra Bohara on Saturday. (PR)
