Police have arrested Bipin Jayaswal, 18 of Rupandehi, Pokharbendi-7 on March 4 on charge of raping 16 years old girl. The victim’s family had lodged a complaint at District Police Office, Rupandehi on March 5 stating that the victim was taken control of and raped by the accused on March 4. According to SI Delambar Ghimire, The accused was arrested by District Police Office on the basis of Verbal complaint of the victim. The victim underwent health checkup at Bhim Hospital in Bhairahawa on March 5.
