The District Court of Siraha has ordered to sentence 27 years old Mijarul Seikh alias Anwarul of Badaharamal-2 for 13 years after finding him guilty on raping 11 years old mentally retarded girl. The court has also ordered for the compensation of Rs 20,000 from the accused. A single bench of district court judge Tirtha Raj KC has given the verdict regarding the case on March 15. The victim was raped by an accused on October 1 and complaint against him was lodged by the victim’s family on a same day at Area Police Office of Mirchaiya. The victim underwent a health checkup at District Hospital of Siraha on a same day. He was arrested by the police office of Mirchaiya on October 1 and he was remanded in custody since then. एक सुस्त मनस्थिति भएकी ११ वर्षीया बालिकालाई बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा धनुषा जिल्ला बल्हागोठ गाविस-२ घर भई हाल बडहरामाल-२ बस्ने २७ वर्षीय अनवारुल भन्ने मिजारुल शेखलाई जिल्ला अदालतले १३ वर्षकैद तथा २० हजार रुपियाँ क्षतिपूर्तिको फैसला गरेको छ । न्यायाधीश तिर्थराज केसीको इजलासले चैत २ गते सो फैसला गरेको सहायक सरकारी वकिल दिपेन्द्र दनुवारले बताए । बालिकालाई बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा आठ वर्ष तथा सुस्त मनस्थिति भएकी बालिकालाई बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा थप पाँच वर्षगरी १३ वर्षकैदको फैसला भएको दनुवारले बताए । पीडित बालिकालाई आरोपितलाई असोज १५ गते आरोपितले बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा पीडितको परिवारले इलाका प्रहरी कार्यालय मिर्चैयामा असोज १५ गते उजुरी दिएको थियो । पीडित बालिकाको स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण जिल्ला अस्पताल सिरहामा असोज १५ गते भएको थियो । इलाका प्रहरी कार्यालय मिर्चैयाले आरोपितलाई असोज १५ गते गिरफ्तार गरेको थियो भने जिल्ला अदालतको आदेशमा आरोपित कार्तिक १० गतेदेखि पुर्पक्षको लागि थुनामा रहेका थिए ।
