Cadres of UDMF has padlocked 3 Rural municipality office in Rupandehi. They have padlocked Marchwaarimaai, Kotahimaai and Semari rural municipality and have removed the signboard as well. As per Om Prakash Yadav Gulzari, the vice president of Nepal Sadvawana Party said that they padlocked the rural municipality against the announcement for local level election date made by the government without correcting the constitution amendment. They have also warned that if the government stick to their decision, they will padlock all the municipalities and village units of the district. रुपन्देहीले जिल्लाका ३ वटा गाउँपालिकाको कार्यालयमा संयुक्त लोकतान्त्रिक मधेशी मोर्चाले तालाबन्दी गरेको छ। मोर्चाले मर्चवारीमाइ गाउपालिका, कोटहिमाई गाउँपालिका र सेमरिमाई गाउँपालिकामा तालाबन्दी गरेको हो। मोर्चाले साइनबोर्ड पनि हटाएको छ। सरकारले संविधान संशोधन नगरी स्थानीय तहको निर्वाचन घोषणा गरेकोले केन्द्रीय कार्यक्रम अनुसार गाउँपालिकाको कार्यालयमा तालाबन्दी गरिएको मोर्चाको एक घटक सदभावना पार्टीका केन्द्रीय उपाध्यक्ष ओम प्रकाश यादव गुल्जारीले बताए। संविधान संशोधन नगरे जिल्लाका सबै नगरपालिका र गाउँपालिकाहरुमा तालाबन्दी गरिने बताए।
