District Court of Rolpa has ordered 14 years jail sentence to 18-year-old Rajkumar Budamagar of Mirul-3, Rolpa on charge of raping a 5-year-old girl. Moreover, a compensation amount of Rupees 50,000 would be given to the victim. Victim's father had filed a complaint against Budamagar on February 20 at the Area Police Station. Police had registered a case against him at the District court. ५ वर्षीय बालिकालाई जबरजस्ती करणी गर्ने मिरुल-३ रोल्पाका खिउटे भन्ने १८ वर्षीय राजकुमार बुढा मगरलाई जिल्ला अदालत रोल्पाले १४ वर्ष कैद सजाय तथा अभियुक्तबाट बालिकालाई रु ५० हजार क्षतिपूर्ति दिलाउने गरी फैसला गरेको छ| पिडित बालिकाका बुबा मार्फत विसं २०७३ माघ ९ गते इलाका प्रहरी कार्यालय घर्तीगाउँमा जाहेरी पर्यो| त्यसपछि प्रहरीले सरकारी वकिलको कार्यालयमार्फत जिल्ला अदालत रोल्पामा मुद्दा दर्ता गराएपछि व्यापक खोजतालासपछी अभियुक्तलाई सजाय तोकिएको हो |
