A clash ensued between police and UML cadres in Dhungkharka after UML cadres tried to remove the signboard of center of rural municipality's office in Dhungkharka. Although the center of the rural municipality in Dhungkharka had already come to implementation, UML and Maoist center have been demanding the transfer of rural municiality's center. Citing that having the center of rural municipality in Dhungkharka would be convenient for residents of Chyamrangbesi which shares border with Lalitpur, Nepali Congress has been insisting on having the rural municipality's center at Dhungkharka. Executive Officer Sabitri Pant said that only the officials elected from the local level elections can decide on the name of the rural municipality's center and whether to shift it somewhere else. गाउँपालिकाको केन्द्र सार्ने बिषयमा विवाद हुँदा ढुंखर्कमा झडप भएको छ । गाउँपालिकाको ढुंखर्क गाबिसको कार्यालयलाई केन्द्र मानेर दैनिक काम सुरु भएपनि एमाले, माओबादी केन्द्र लगाएतका दलहरुले बिरोध गरेका थिए । माओबादी केन्द्रका नेता मर्दनसिंह तामाङले साइनबोर्ड निकाल्न खोज्दा प्रहरीसंग झडप भएको हो । कांग्रेसले ललितपुरसंग सिमा जोडिएको च्याम्रांगबेंसी गाविसलाई पनि पायक हुनुपर्ने भन्दै साबिककै स्थानबाट सेवा दिनुपर्ने बताएको छ । कार्यकारी अधिकृत सावित्री पन्तले स्थानीय तहको निर्वाचनपछि आउने जनप्रतिनिधिले मात्र नाम र केन्द्र फेर्न सक्ने भएकाले निर्वाचन अगाडी सम्भब नभएको बताईन ।
