Family of Anju Gajural has filed a complaint against Tirtha Acharya, a resident of Damak-4 , Jhapa, accusing him of murdering Anju after attempting to rape her. Anju was found dead three days ago. According to the police, 45-year-old Anju and her 11-year-old daughter were living in a rented room since 3 years. She used to ran a tea-shop nearby her rented room. The accused, Acharya, was a regular customer at Anju's shop. According to her daughter's statement, Acharya came twice to her shop on Sunday. She said "He went back seeing us having lunch when he came to the shop for the first time and after some hour he came back again and said that he had some work to do with my mother and also he will put cover on my book and told me to go outside". She also said that, he used to threaten her saying that he is a policeman, and also a Don. After half an hour, Anju's daughter saw Acharya running in a rush. When she immediately ran to the room, she found her mother lying half naked on the floor. Police said that, the accused might have raped her before killing her. Police are investing on the incident by holding him under custody. दमक ४ की ४५ वर्षीया अन्जु गजमेरको हत्या भएको परिवारले आरोप लगाएको छ। तीन दिनअघि उनी घरमै मृत भेटिएकी थिइन्। हत्यामा संलग्न आरोपमा इलाका प्रहरीले दमक ४ कै तीर्थ आचार्यलाई नियन्त्रणमा लिएको छ। परिवारले प्रहरीमा दिएको किटानी जाहेरीमा आचार्यलाई पक्राउ गरिएको हो। घटनालगत्तै उनी फरार थिए। अन्जुको आइतबार दिउँसो हत्या गरेर उनी भागेको परिवारले दाबी गरेका छन्। मृतक र उनकी ११ वर्षीया छोरीमात्रै घरमा रहेको अवस्थामा आएका आचार्यले छोरी रियालाई चिया पसल पठाएर अन्जुको हत्या गरेको आरोप छ। अन्जुलाई बलात्कार प्रयासपछि हत्या गरेको प्रहरीले प्ररम्भिक अनुमान गरेको छ तीन वर्षदेखि अन्जु छोरा र छोरीसँग डेरामा बस्थिन्। छोरा एसईई दिएर काठमाडांै गएका छन्। घरमा ११ वर्षीया छोरी र उनीमात्रै बस्थे। डेरा छेउमै चिया–नास्ता पसल उनले चलाएकी थिइन्। मालपोतका लेखनदास आचार्य चिया–नास्ता खाने बहानामा आइरहन्थे। रियाका अनुसार आचार्यले ‘म पुलिस हुँ, डन पनि हुँ’ भन्दै डर देखाउने र धम्क्याउने गर्थे। आचार्य आइतबार दिउँसो दुईपटक भेट्न आएका थिए। पहिलोपटक आउँदा खाना खाँदै गरेको देखेर दोस्रोपटक आएपछि छोरीलाई ‘तिम्रो किताबको गाता लगाइदिन्छु मम्मीसँग काम छ तिमी पसलमा जाऊ’ भन्दै पठाएका थिए। रियाले सुनाइन्, ‘आधा घण्टापछि त उहाँ हस्याङफस्याङ गर्दै घरबाट निस्किनुभयो।’ आचार्य भागेको देखेपछि कोठाभित्र छिरेर हेर्दा अन्जु अर्धनग्न अवस्थामा भुइँमा लडेको, मुखबाट फिज निस्किएको अवस्थामा भेटिएकी थिइन्।
