District Court of Morang has ordered the police to hold three men associated with rape of a 15-year-old girl at Kerabari-6 of Morang for further investigation. 21-year-old kanchan Tamang,23-year-old Raju Tamang and 26-year-old Hima Dorje, alias Kalu are said to have been involved in the incident on April 1. Police had charged the trio with attempted rape case after the incident was brought to their notice. मोरङ जिल्ला अदालतले जिल्लाको केराबारी-६ मा १५ वर्षीया किशोरीमाथि सामुहिक बलात्कार गरेको अभियोगमा तीन जनालाई पुर्पक्षका लागि थुनामा राख्न आदेश दिएको छ । तत्काल प्राप्त प्रमाणका आधारमा थुनामा राखेर घटनाको अनुसन्धान अघि बढाउन जिल्ला न्यायाधीश प्रकाश राउतको इजलासले आदेश दिएको बताइएको छ। अदालतले केरावारी गाउँपालिका ६ का २१ वर्षीय कन्चन तामाङ, २३ वर्षीय राजु तामाङ र २६ वर्षीया कालु भनिने हिमा दोर्जे तामाङलाई थुनामा राख्न आदेश दिएको हो । तीनजना मिलेर गत चैत १९ गते १५ वर्षीया किशोरीलाई जंगलमा लगेर सामुहिक बलात्कार गरेको घटना सार्वजनिक भएपछि घटनामा संलग्नलाई पक्राउ गरेर प्रहरीले जबरजस्ती करणी सम्बन्धी मुद्धा चलाएको थियो ।
