CPN,Chitwan organized a corner assembly at Dharma chowk on May 14 against the killing of its cadre Dhanrup Batala at Malkot in Narahari rural municipality of Kalikot. During the protest program, district incharge Lal Bahadur B.C accused the government of suppressing people in the incident. According to the party,deceased Batala was shot at when he went forward to rescue Dan Batala while he was being beaten by the police. CPN has condemned the incident. नेपाल कम्युनिष्ट पार्टी (नेकपा) चितवन विप्लव समूहले गत वैशाख ३१ गते कालीकोटको नरहरीनाथ गाउँपालिकास्थित मल्कोटमा भएको आफ्ना कार्यकर्ता हत्याको विरुधमा कोणसभा गरेको छ । नेकपाले आफ्ना कार्यकर्ता धनरुप बटालाको हत्या गरिएको विरोधस्वरूप धर्मचोकमा कोणसभा गरेको हो। सो कोणसभामा जिल्ला इन्चार्ज लालबहादुर विसीले राज्यले मल्कोट घटनामा दमन गरेको आरोप लगाएका छन् । स्थानीय दान बटालालाई प्रहरीले कुटपिट गरेपछि छुट्याउन गएका धनरुपलाई प्रहरीले गोलि हानी हत्या गरेको नेकपाको आरोप रहेको छ । घटनाप्रति नेकपाले खेद प्रकट गरेको जिल्ला इन्चार्ज विसीले बताए ।
