Police have arrested 18 years old Kamal Rana of Butwal sub-metropolis on May 27 from Butwal on charge of raping 16 years old girl. The victim girl had lodged a complaint at Area Police Office of Butwal on May 27 against the accused of raping her in assistance with the operator of Rara hotel and family restaurant. Based on a complaint lodged by the victim, the accused was arrested on a same day by the police according to DSP Mukunda Marasini of Area Police Office. The victim underwent a health checkup at Lumbini zonal hospital on a same day. १६ वर्षीया बालिकालाई बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा प्रहरीले बुटवल उमनपा-१२ का १८ वर्षीय कमल रानालाई जेठ १३ गते बुटवलबाटै गिरफ्तार गरेको छ । पीडित बालिकालाई रारा होटल तथा फेम्ली रेष्टुरेण्टका सञ्चालकको सहयोगमा आरोपितले बलात्कार गरेको भनी पीडित बालिकाले जेठ १३ गते इलाका प्रहरी कार्यालय बुटवलमा उजुरी दिएकी थिइन् । पीडितले दिएको उजुरीका आधारमा अनुसन्धानका लागि प्रहरीले सोही दिनमै आरोपितलाई गिरफ्तार गरेको इलाका प्रहरी कार्यालय बुटवलका डिएसपी मुकुन्द मरासिनीले बताए । पीडित बालिकाको स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण १३ गते नै लुम्बिनी अञ्चल अस्पताल बुटवलमा गरिएको प्रहरीले जनायो ।
