One person was injured when two groups clashed over tender in Tanahun's Damauli on Friday. Police have arrested one involved in the clash. After a few people had come out of the district coordinator committee with tender forms, another group waiting outside tried to snatch the form, which led to the clash when members of the rival groups started attacking each other with khukuri. According to the committee accountant Anil Dogar, his office had called two separate tenders worth 1.5 and 3.5 million rupees giving a 35-day notice.
