Family and relatives of a deceased patient,33-year-old Kopila Gyawali, protested against the administration at Bharatpur Hospital on Sunday accusing the hospital of the victim's murder. The family of the victim complained that Kopila's death was due to hopital's negligence. According to her family,Kopila who hailed from Lanku in Bharatpu-4 was brought to the hospital in a normal codition and breathed her last on a Sunday morning after giving birth to her child. Bharatpur Hospital remained tensed on May 12 due to the agitation. According to the hospital, Kopila died due to infection despite doctors' attempt to save her. The victim's family has demanded due investigation of the case,reimbursement of the cost incurred during treatment,action against the perpetrator as well as bear the cost of death rites of the victim. After discussion with the hospital administration, the family finally agreed to receive victim's body later in the evening on June 12. शनिवार सुत्केरीको मृत्यु भएपछि आइतबार दिनभर भरतपुर अस्पताल तनावग्रस्त बन्यो। जेठ ६ गते साँझ सुत्केरी गराउनका लागि अस्पताल ल्याइएकी भरतपुर-४ लंकुकी ३३ वर्षिया कोपिला ज्ञवालीको उपचारकै क्रममा शनिबार बिहान अस्पतालमा मृत्यु भएपछि पिडित पक्ष अस्पतालको विरुद्धमा उत्रिएको हो।चिकित्सकको लापरवाहीका कारण सुत्केरीको मृत्यु भएको आफन्तको आरोप छ। शनिबार बिहान मृत्यु भएपछि सोहि दिन अस्पताल प्रशासन र पिडित पक्षबिच छलफल हुँदा केहि मौखिक सहमति भएको थियो। तर घटनामा अस्पतालका चिकित्सक दोषी रहेको भन्दै पिडित पक्षले शव बुझ्न मानेनन् र आइतबार पन दिनभर यहि विषयमा अस्पतालमा दिनभर तनाव सिर्जना भयो। सामान्य अवस्थामा अस्पताल आएको मान्छे मृत्यु हुनुमा चिकित्सक नै दोषी भएको भन्दै पिडित पक्षले घटनाको विषयमा छानबिन गरेर सत्य तथ्य बाहिर ल्याउनुपर्ने, उपचारमा खर्च भएको सम्पूर्ण रकम फिर्ता हुनुपर्ने,बालबच्चाको शिक्षाको ग्यारेन्टी गर्नुपर्ने, दोषी पट्ट लगाई कारवाही गर्नुपर्ने र तत्कालका लागि किरिया कर्चा समेत व्यहोर्नु पर्ने माग गर्दै आएका थिए। अस्पतालसंग छलफल जारी रहेकै अवस्थामा मृतक कोपिलाको शव आइतबार सांझ आफन्तले बुझेका छन् ।
