Technician at Road Division Office, Tanahun padlocked the road division chief's office after the chief decided to deploy staffers in the local levels without handing them contract letters on Tuesday. The engineers and sub-engineers had protested the decision and demanded contract letteres for the staff deployed at the local levels. Police said the office chief had decided to deploy 140 sub-engineers from across the country to different local levels.
