CEO of Berger paints and Nicolson Nepal Pvt. Ltd situated in Hetauda industrial zone was attacked with black soot by cadres of Nepal Communist Party led by Netra Bikram Chand 'Biplov' on 12 June, Monday. According to the cadres, CEO of the Berger paints Sushil Raj Dubedi was attacked for doing labor exploitation. Along with the black soot, Dubedi's car was also vandalized. Publishing a 11 points paper Nepal Communist Paper confessed on attacking the CEO of the Berger Paints. The paper states that the company has been involved in labor exploitation, has not followed labor act, not acted with labors as per human rights standard, focused on advertisement rather than quality and is making Nepal's economy fragile. चरम श्रम शोषण गरेको भन्दै नेत्रबिक्रम चन्द 'विप्लव' नेतृत्वको नेपाल कम्युनिस्ट पार्टीले उद्यागपतिलाई कालोमोसो दलेको छ । हेटौंडा औधोगिक क्षेत्रमा रहेको बर्जर पेन्ट्सले त्याँहा कार्यरत कर्मचारीको अत्याधिक श्रम शोषण गरेको भन्दै पेन्ट्सका प्रमुख शुशीलराज द्विबेदिलाई कालोमोसो दलेको बताइएको छ । कालोमोसो दल्नुका साथै उनले प्रयोग गर्दै अईरहेको बा ८ च. ८६१७ नम्बरका सवारीमा तोडफोड गरिएको छ । ११ बुंदे पत्र सार्वजनिक गर्दै कम्पनीले कामदार कर्मचारीलाई चरम शोषण गरेको, श्रम ऐनको पालना नगरेको, राष्ट्रिय पुँजीलाई धरासयी बनाएको, मजदुरको कामको क्षेत्रमा मानव अधिकारको पालना नगरेको, गुणस्तरमा भन्दा विज्ञापनमा जोड दिई उपभोक्तालाई ठगी गरेको दाबी गर्दै नेपाल कम्युनिस्ट पार्टीले कारवाही गरेको बताइएको छ ।
