Police have arrested 22 years old Hari Gharti of Tilottama Municipality-4 on July 5 on charge of raping 21 years old woman. SI babu Ram Puri of Area Police Office of Butwal said that the accused was arrested for the investigation, based on a complaint lodged by the victim on July 5. The victim underwent a health checkup at District Hospital of Butwal on a same day. २१ वर्षीया युवतीलाई बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा प्रहरीले तिलोत्तमा नपा-४ का २२ वर्षीय हरि घर्तीलाई असार २१ गते तिलोत्तमाबाटै गिरफ्तार गरेको छ । पीडित युवतीलाई आरोपितले असार २१ बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा पीडितले दिएको उजुरीका आधारमा आरोपितलाई अनुसन्धानका लागि गिरफ्तार गरिएको इलाका प्रहरी कार्यालय बुटवलका सई बाबुराम पुरीले बताए । पीडित युवतीको स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण लुम्बिनी अञ्चल अस्पताल बुटवलमा असार २१ गते नै गरिएको प्रहरीले जनायो ।
