Nepal Students Union Kanchanpur has padlocked Far Western University in accusation of selecting deputy professor without following procedure. The Central Committee member of NSU accused that the University has selected Tarka Raj Bhatta as deputy professor of Science and technology faculty without following the selection procedure. In a press release issued by NSU Kanchanpur they has said that nobody can select any employees without following selection procedure. But deputy professor Rajendra Pant, the coordinator of science and technology faculty said that the demand will not be addressed from his level. प्रक्रिया मिचेर उपप्राध्यापक नियुक्ति गरिएको भन्दै नेपाल बिद्यार्थी संघ कंचनपुरले सुदुरपश्चिम बिश्वबिध्यालयमा अनिश्चितकालीन तालाबन्दी गरेको छ । बिश्वबिध्यालयको बिज्ञान तथा प्रबिधि संकायको बाताबरण बिज्ञान बिषयमा मिचेर तर्कराज जोशीलाई नियुक्त गरिएको भन्दै नेबिसंघ कंचनपुरले तालाबन्दी गरेको नेबिसंघका केन्द्रीय सदस्य तथा बिश्वबिध्यालयका संयोजक कैलाश चन्दले बताए । नेबिसंघले जारी गरेको विज्ञप्तिमा बिश्वबिध्यालयले सोझै कसैलाई नियुक्ति दिन नपाउने उल्लेख गरेको छ । तर सुदुरपश्चिम बिश्वबिध्यालय बिज्ञान तथा प्रबिधि संकायका संयोजक उपप्राध्यापक राजेन्द्र पन्तले आफ्नो तहबाट उक्त माग सम्बोधन गर्न नसकिने बताए ।
