Police on Monday arrested 24-year-old Yuwaraj Karki of Ilam municipality-4 on the charge of raping a 15-year-old girl. Karki was arrested on the basis of a complaint filed at District Police Office Ilam on August 25 in which he was accused of raping the girl on August 23. The victim underwent medical examination at district hospital on Saturday. १५ वर्षीया बालिकालाई बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा प्रहरीले इलाम नगरपालिका-४ का २४ वर्षीय युवराज कार्कीलाई भदौ १२ गते गिरफ्तार गरेको छ । पीडित बालिकालाई आरोपितले भदौ ७ गते बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा पीडित पक्षले भदौ ९ गते जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयमा उजुरी दिएको थियो । पीडित बालिकाको स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण भदौ ९ गते नै जिल्ला अस्पतालमा गरिएको छ ।
