Police have arrested 19 years old Keshav Chettri of Siddhartha Nagar Municipality-7 on August 29 on the charge of raping 13 years old girl. The victim’s parents had lodged a complaint at District Police Office on a same day against the accused. The accused have been arrested by the police for investigation based on a complaint lodged by the victim’s family according to DSP Dilli Narayan Pandey of District Police Office. The victim underwent a health checkup at Bhim hospital in Bhairahawa on a same day. १३ वर्षीया बालिकालाई बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा प्रहरीले सिर्द्धार्थनगर नगरपालिका-७ का १९ वर्षीय केशव क्षेत्रीलाई भदौ १३ गते गिरफ्तार गरेको छ । पीडित बालिकालाई आरोपितले बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा पीडित बालिकाका अभिभावकले भदौ १३ गते जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयमा उजुरी दिएका थिए । पीडित पक्षको उजुरीका आधारमा आरोपितलाई अनुसन्धानका लागि गिरफ्तार गरिएको जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयका डिएसपी डिल्लीनारायण पाण्डेले बताए । पीडित बालिकाको स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण भदौ १३ गते भिम अस्पताल भैरहवामा गरिएको छ ।
