Police have arrested Hem Bahadur Karki alias Dhruba, a resident of Triyuga municipality-3 Paschimtol on the charge of raping a 5-year-old minor girl. Police Dhruva on the basis of an oral complaint lodged against him, accusing him of raping the minor girl on Sunday evening, informed SP Nawaraj Bhatta of DPO Udayapur. The victim underwent medical examination on the same day. पाँच वर्षीया बालिकालाई बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा त्रियुगा नपा-३ पश्चिमटोलका १८ वर्षीय ध्रुव भनिने हेमबहादुर कार्कीलाई ०७४ भदौ १८ गते राति प्रहरीले गिरफ्तार गरेको छ । पीडित बालिकालाई आरोपितले १८ गते साँझ बलात्कार गरेको भनी पीडित पक्षले प्रहरीलाई मौखिक उजुरी दिए लगत्तै आरोपितलाई गिरफ्तार गरिएको जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयका एसपी नवराज भट्टले जानकारी दिए । पीडित बालिकाको स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण भदौ १८ गते नै जिल्ला अस्पताल गाईघाटमा गरिएको जनाइएको छ ।
