The District Court of Rolpa has ordered 76-years-old Asare (name changed) to be remanded into custody on the charge of raping a 32-year-old woman, informed Bhim Raj Dhakal, messenger of Rolpa District Court. The victim's family had lodged a complaint against Asaare accusing him of raping the woman who is said to be mentally weak at her own house on August 10. The victim's father Dilman and Asare were returning home after receiving their old age allowance. As it was already late, Dilman requested Asare to stay at his home. Asare agreed to the offer and stayed in Dilman's home and later raped his daughter at night. मानसिक अवस्था कमजोर भएकी पश्चिम रोल्पाकी ३२ वर्षिया दिलसरी (नाम परिवर्तन) लाई पश्चिम रोल्पाकै ७६ वर्षिय बृद्ध असारे (नाम परिवर्तन) ले जवर्जस्ती करणी गरेको अभियोगमा थुनामा राखिएको जिल्ला अदालत रोल्पाका निमित्त श्रेष्तेदार भीमराज ढकालले जानकारी दिनुभयो । उहाँका अनुसार अभियुक्तलाई हाल पुर्पक्षका लागि थुनामा राखिएको हो। पीडित पक्षका अनुसार २०७४ साउन २६ गते दिलसरीका बुवा दिलमन (नाम परिवर्तन) र अभियुक्त असारे संगसंगै बृद्धभत्ता लिएर फर्किएका थिए । फर्कने क्रममा बाटोमै रातपरेपछि दिलमनले असारेलाई रातपरेका कारण आफ्नै घरमा बस्न अनुरोध गरे । असारेले पनि दिलमनको कुरा सहर्ष स्वीकारेर त्यस रात दिलमनकै घरमा बस्ने निधो गरे ।
